How does the monthly Packages work?
Pick the package that works best for your office or business (You can contact us to upgrade or downgrade at any time depending on increased or decreased needs or if for any reason you need to cancel simply give us a call and we can take care of that for you).
Once you have purchased your monthly plan, with in 24 hours or less you will receive your Digital Depiction portal information so that you can keep track of your credits, billings and receipts for future referrence and tax purposes.
Once you have received your portal information, simply go to our website, click on booking and book your order details. We ask that you put a link to your images (originals) in the notes of your booking or we can send you a google drive link for upload if need be.
Once we have processed your order, you will receive your completed order download link in your email.
What is the turnaround time for my order?
We have a standard 24-to-48-hour turnaround time and often get our clients orders over to them within 24 hours or less. With virtual staging, you will need to let us know, once you receive your photo package, specifically which images you want staged.
What is the best time to shoot my property?
A property can be shot at any time that fits your needs or the needs of your clients however, we do make the following suggestions to help optimize your shoot. When booking we suggest taking into consideration the property footprint and where the property faces. We recommend the following based on the direction your property faces: North: (10am-2pm); South: (Early Morning/Late Evening); West: (Afternoon); East: (Morning).

Once your order has been complete, you will receive a system generated email to download your order. If there is a pending invoice on your order, the system still notifies you of your order completion however, the order will have a watermark until the invoicing is cleared. Once the invoicing is cleared, generally with in 5 to 10 minutes or so, you should be able to download the images with out the watermarks.

We suggest going through the home and turning on all lights, opening all blinds and curtains (Blinds should be open to the same angle at which the camera would be held when photographing), turn off all ceiling fans.
We suggest moving all unwanted items into storage or cabinets so that they are not in your images as well.
When taking the photos, keep in mind the media format you will be using. Is it Landscape or Portrait, will you be using media such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram to advertse? With those questions in mind, set your camera settings to the appropriate size to limit lost image space in the conversion. YouTube is 19:6 ration (Landscape), TikTok is 6:19 ration (Portrait) and Instagram is 1:1 which is between both Landscape and Portrait so If you have the option of taking your images or video in those ratios I would do so for best results.
The level of the camera when taking the images should be about chest height (a little higher in kitches so that you can not see the under side of the top cabinets) and a good rule of thumb would be to insure that you dont have more floor in the photo than ceiling meaning that you are not pointing more up that down or down that up. A wider angle is better than a picture that makes no visual sense.
Another good idea is to take photos from the corner of the rooms showing the left corner to the right corner so that when you move to the opposite corner of the room you now have 2 photos with 100% of the room in most cases.
